Experience: No pharma experience needed but desired and at least 3 years-experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to create unexpected ideas and an up to date knowledge of latest design trends
  • An award-worthy portfolio that shows design thinking from initial concept to final outcome
  • The energy and ambition to help shape the design department, get involved with agency goals and building on a great work culture
  • A love for typography, print, digital and everything in between
  • Background knowledge around UI/UX theory
  • The knowledge to translate data into a visual language that stands out
  • A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship
  • Proficient in all main Adobe CC design tools
  • The ability to easily pick up brand guidelines and apply them consistently to new materials
  • The ability to clearly explain rationales and design thinking to get others excited about their ideas
  • The ability to collaborate with art directors, motion designers, artworkers and copywriters
  • Great communication and organisation skills
  • The experience to support the Senior Designers in everyday tasks and to follow wider agency processes
  • Needing to be comfortable with hybrid working
  • Studio or agency experience
