Job Description

We are growing our team and looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Brand & Design agency in Clerkenwell, London.

ShopTalk collaborates with start-ups and well-known brands in a variety of sectors. The work we do for these clients is varied and broad, covering everything from full brand identity to website design, digital and advertising, social campaigns, UI, merchandise, and plenty more.

Attitude is as important as experience and skill set for us, as we look to build an enthusiastic, driven and entrepreneurial team. Ideal experience and qualities we’re looking for:

Responsibilities

  • Managing a range of projects through the agency, from fast-turnaround projects on our biggest retained client to larger brand pieces
  • Day-to-day client communication via email and Asana
  • Working closely with your team to help run our internal daily status meetings
  • Thoroughly proofreading and checking work before it’s sent to clients
  • Supporting with resource management using Float
  • Helping with internal initiatives and projects, from charity work to suggesting ways to improve our general ways of working

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year previous agency experience
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at once
  • Client facing experience
