Senior Designer

Work with us.

We're looking for a senior designer to join our Creative Studio. You will work on a diverse range of clients, from award-winning fashion and beauty brands to luxury interiors and grand stately homes. Our design work covers branding, editorial, social, print, film and digital projects.

You will work closely with our talented design team and Head of Creative. We are looking for creative thinkers with a stellar sense of humour who can not only take the initiative but also help contribute to solving our client's challenges. Projects can range from a few days to several weeks.

Ideally, we are looking for a brand specialist – someone who crosses the bridge between brand strategy and design. Digital design experience is a also bonus.

We have adopted a flexible working policy, with the option of working from home.

Ideal skills to have.

• 4+ years of design experience
• A great portfolio of work
• Strong working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals
• Proficient skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in creative and artistic ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion and enthusiasm for design
• A flexible approach when working in a team, willing to openly contribute to discussions
• Confident in presenting work to clients
• Time management skills and well-organised
• Responsibilities.
• Working with the Creative Head to provide ongoing support and mentorship to the wider Creative team
• Understanding and responding to both offline and online briefs with reactive fast turnarounds
• Communicating well and working with the creative and client service teams
• Taking projects from concept right through to execution and sometimes client-facing presentation
