Office Manager
Part Time/Flexible Hours (equivalent to 3 days per week)
£30-35k pro rata.

Our current Office Manager of over 3 years will be leaving London soon so we are looking for someone new to join our team.
Key Responsibilities -
Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the studio, responsible for the functionality of the office and implementing new systems and procedures
HR (including on and off boarding of employees, payroll management, contracts, staff handbook and benefits, supporting recruitment, appraisal process and training and development as required).
Supporting A&P’s ongoing commitment to B-Corp Accreditation
Facilities Management including Health & Safety
Supporting the leadership team as and when needed
Responsible for organising all team trips, outings and parties
Responsible for organising and booking all travel and accommodation for the team
Skills, experience & personal attributes -
Previous experience working as an office manager in a creative agency
Approachable
Ability to multi task
Organised with strong attention to detail
Communications skills both 1/1 and in group situations
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Personable and flexible you can maintain focus, keep calm and multi-task as needed.

Benefits -
9-Day Fortnight (every other Friday off, for nurture or to explore), our usual hours are 9.30-6pm, trialling hybrid working with everyone in the office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service (pro rata), plus time off at Christmas and on your birthday, also 3 paid volunteer days per year
