Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Producer to join our mighty team of creative producers, account directors, designers, writers, strategists, and developers – someone driven and imaginative, who will thrive on our shared values of collaboration, empathy, and optimism. Take a look at our website to get a feel for the type of work we create.

London-based, we work with ambitious brands and world-class organisations, such as The British Library, Royal College of Art and Reuters. Through a close-knit and supportive workforce, we are continually learning, making and delivering answers with an inventive and straightforward approach to problem-solving.

Our studio thrives on a blend of different experiences, backgrounds and ages – new ideas, perspectives and personalities are really important to us. If you have an interest in how brands and campaigns projects are brought to life in a client-facing studio environment, and are looking to be part of a committed team, we’d love to hear from you.

The role

With this role you will be part of a team that encourages you to share ideas and take part in the production and delivery of studio projects. This involves supporting the Design Team in meeting client goals, and maintaining an ambitious creative vision. The role includes:

  • Shaping project briefs
  • Briefing the Design Team on clients and projects
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining external relationships
  • Managing the delivery of projects, including interpreting feedback and ongoing project reviews
  • Managing of budgets and maintaining efficient workflows
  • Managing quality control
  • Understanding design processes and liaising with printers and digital suppliers

Day-to-day you will:

  • Work on the creation of project scopes, estimates and timelines
  • Present plans for project delivery
  • Act as a key link between the design team and client management team
  • Help with the delivery of work for our key clients
  • Take part in internal and external workshops to expand knowledge and build team relationships
  • Support your team members with feedback, help and reassurance

What we ask of you

On a professional level:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A portfolio or evidence of interest and experience in running creative projects
  • To be comfortable working in Google Workspace (knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus)

We’re looking for someone with at least a year of experience working in industry, but direct experience of a project management role is not a requirement. You might have experience managing a shop and a love of running a team, or have worked as a designer and enjoyed the planning aspects of the role.

On a personal level:

  • To be happy working independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive, proactive attitude with an appetite for learning
  • To bring your ideas, opinions and thoughts to the table
  • Transparency, honesty, and most importantly, a sense of humour

What we offer

  • 25 days holiday per year (growing to 28)
  • A contributory pension scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Spill mental health support
  • Paid development opportunities (courses, workshops etc.)
  • Studio trips and away days
  • Flexible working arrangements with a balance of working from home and in studio
  • Gym membership
  • Cycle-to-work and tech loans
  • Enhanced parental and sick pay
