Based at: Belle House, Victoria, 5 days per week.

Reporting to: Nikki Burton

Job Purpose: To concept, design and animate from brief to final delivery across a wide range of projects, styles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Motion Design & Animation

1. Understand creative briefs and conduct research to build rationale for creative concepts.

2. Present fully developed creative ideas to the team.

3. Concept and design storyboard layouts for kinetic typography, online content, animation, product videos and film.

4. Combine sound graphic design principles and creative inspiration with an outstanding approach to motion.

5. Animate creative assets, using sound storytelling principles and experimenting with new techniques.

6. Support team with problem-solving creative challenges and offering technical expertise.

8. Participating in agency marketing activities.

The ideal candidate

  • Degree in motion graphics, graphic design or a related subject.
  • 3+ years working as a motion designer in a creative agency or animation studio.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe CC including AfterEffects, PremierPro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Intermediate knowledge of C4D and other software is desirable.
  • A collaborative mindset and a deep love of all things brand, marketing and creative.

Salary & Perks

  • £35,000 – 54,999 (Negotiable depending on experience)
