We’re looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to lead key relationships, drive delivery, and help shape how we grow.
What you’ll do
- Lead relationships. Own and grow strategic B2B accounts. Be the trusted partner, advisor, and voice of calm.
- Own delivery. Drive scopes, timelines, budgets, and internal teams – keeping work moving and clients confident.
- Spot growth. Identify new opportunities, shape proposals, and lead upsell conversations with clarity and intent.
- Work closely with the team. Support internal communication between strategy, creative, and development – keeping everyone aligned and focused.
- Add strategic value. Partner with strategy and creative leads to ensure our work meets real client goals.
What you bring
- 5+ years in client services or account management, ideally in brand, digital, or creative agencies
- Experience with B2B clients, especially in tech or software, is a strong plus
- Confidence leading complex projects and senior client relationships
- Fluency with creative processes, project tools, and AI workflows
- Clear, calm communication – written, verbal, and in the room
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset
