Job Description

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Work with D&D’s Creative Lead to develop visual identities for each seasonal collection campaign

Translate campaign creative into digital assets that are engaging and creative, as well as commercially attractive.

Design and deliver digital assets for day-to-day brand communications across homepage/website, email/newsletters, social, brand partners and paid media channels.

Deliver visual content against marketing plans on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Design and deliver brand assets such as lookbooks, invites, collaboration presentations, press packs.

Maintain the brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all D&D channels

YOU WILL NEED TO

Possess strong design principles, an eye for detail and the ability to combine commerciality and creativity in all the work you produce

Have an epic creative portfolio showing a sensitive, sophisticated and imaginative approach to visual design

Have experience creating digital assets for different channels

Have an ability to work on a range of projects at one time

Be well organised, a stickler for detail and have excellent time management skills

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years proven graphic design experience at a luxury fashion brand or as part of an editorial team

A serious pro in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Finalcut/Premier

Experience in video editing and post-production processes (colour correction, grading, exporting, and compressing to various specs)

Experience and confidence working on digital platforms (ie, Shopify, Squarespace, Klaviyo)

An understanding of social media best practices, and experience in creating content for it.

A positive and collaborative attitude

& NICE TO HAVES

Experience behind the camera (ideally both on still or video)
