As a Midweight Designer at Siegel+Gale, you will:

Partner with the Creative Director to create conceptual design solutions for brand strategy

Refine and develop all aspects of chosen design concepts

Track design trends and integrate them into his/her work to ensure relevance

Have strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design and craft skills

Work with the production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables

Prepare materials for client and internal meetings

Manage scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with project manager

Present design refinements to clients

Participate in new business efforts as requested

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

3+ years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience

Effective in communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both visually and verbally

Extensive knowledge of brand design systems, typography, layout, colour and the latest design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Knowledge of After Effects a plus)

A ‘digital-first’ approach to brand design and design for social media
