Marfa Stance puts the customer in control by providing them with the building blocks to create their very own endlessly evolving style, while giving them the power to climate control their own wardrobe with detachable hoods, collars and liners. Every element jigsaws together, season after season and never goes into sale.

The brand has flourished in 2021 with a substantial increase in online sales, a series of pop-up events in London and New York, and the introduction into leading retailers around the world.

We have setup our studio in West London and are now looking to expand the team to ensure continued positive growth in 2022 and beyond.

POSITION, KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

​​This opportunity is to join a young, dynamic team as we continue to grow our ecommerce business whilst maintaining our exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will partner with the Customer Services Assistant and Fulfilment Assistant to ensure all online orders, returns and exchanges are handled in a smooth and timely manner to an excellent standard of presentation.

As a member of a small team there may also be other general day to day tasks that will require assistance with during busy periods.
