Job Description
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a passionate and driven Mid-Weight Designer to join our creative team.
The Mid-Weight Designer is the engine at the heart of the creative team that brings imagination, inspiration and energy to each and every project challenge. You will first and foremost generate innovative ideas, before designing and crafting beautiful memorable experiences and communications across a diverse range of clients and disciplines.
WHO YOU ARE
You'll likely come from a branding or comms agency, and have a huge amount of pride and passion for the work you do, with personal ambitions to create integrated 360-degree work for a fantastic portfolio of clients. Your portfolio will demonstrate good all-around design ability, strategic understanding, and conceptual thinking. You'll have strong typographic skills, a beautiful design aesthetic, and an eye for detail
You will be comfortable working individually and collaboratively, taking ownership of designated projects from inception to completion and ensuring your work is produced on brief, and on time. You will be a good communicator, able to talk through your work in a simple and compelling manner.
You'll be detail-obsessed and naturally inquisitive, bringing new ideas and inspiration to your work and the wider creative team, contributing to an environment where ideas and creative exploration are encouraged and celebrated. Always hungry to add value creatively with a resilient, can-do attitude.
Skills-wise you will have an excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Digital, 3D skills and the ability to scamp would be an advantage.
