About the role
If you’re a talented designer with incredible ideas and a desire to do good, then we want to meet you. You’ll be joining a talented and dedicated creative team who’ve just won In-House Agency of the Year at the Inside Out Awards.
As our Senior Designer, you’ll need to be a strong conceptual thinker, with graphic design skills that are second to none. You’ll be passionate about working closely with other designers and writers and will be able to support them in creating outstanding sector-leading work.
This senior role is key in leading major creative projects from concept through to production. You’ll work with a creative copywriter on a variety of creative projects, with support from a Creative Lead. You’ll deliver highly creative work, backed up with strong strategic thinking, and present it clearly and convincingly to multiple stakeholders
You’ll line manage a mid-weight designer, helping them to develop their creativity, presentation and communication styles, and looking after their wellbeing at work.
About you
You have a proven track record of creating integrated campaign concepts that can be delivered across all media. You have experience of working to brief, understanding different audience needs and applying this knowledge to creative solutions.
You will be an expert across the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and have a thorough knowledge of preparing artwork for print and web-ready assets.
