Producer

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be working alongside both film and photo agents, producing shoots home and away.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and managing budgets

• Shoot production - booking teams, liaising with agent and artist on creative/shoot decisions, locations, catering, travel, all logistics. Ensuring that all shoots are produced smoothly, managed on time and within budget

• Overseeing post-production

• Assisting with sales research and marketing

• Maintaining Artist calendars and communicating this to artists (sending meeting details, travel information etc)

• Creating and sending call sheets

• Travel booking

• Scheduling meetings, organising portfolio reviews

• Maintaining relationships with the industry to promote the agency and artists

• Creating PDFs, treatments, marketing materials and managing budgets

• Closing and billing jobs

Key Skills & attributes:

• At least 3 years’ experience within photography or film industry, preferably agency side

• French speaker

• Well-organised and schedule oriented

• Ability to handle pressure under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Negotiation and budget handling skills

• Shoot production experience

• Proficient computer skills

• Strong interest in photography, fashion and visual culture
