We’re Lemon Yellow, a creative communications studio Headquarted in Miami (20 years in the making) that believes good design doesn’t need to shout to be heard. We make work that’s clear, clever and quietly confident. The kind that stands the test of time.

Now we’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. Someone who knows their way around a grid (and isn't afraid to break it). Someone who has ideas big, small and brilliantly unexpected. And can bring those ideas to life with craft, clarity and just the right amount of confidence and precision.

You should have:

• 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio that shows
• Deep understanding of type, layout and systems thinking
• Excellent working knowledge of Figma in addition to Adobe CC
• Conceptual skills and the ability to articulate your thinking
• Attention to detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way)
• Ability to play well with others and brings positive energy to the room

What You’ll Do

• Lead brand identity projects from concept to completion
• Build smart, compelling presentations that make the work sing
• Present work with confidence and clarity, both internally and to clients
• Welcome feedback and can thoughtfully distinguish between what's asked for and what the work truly needs.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists and other designers to push ideas further
• Apply sharp thinking and design craft across digital, print and environmental touchpoints
• Bring fresh ideas, a curious mind and a good attitude to every project
• Work efficiently but never at the expense of craft, you’ll speak up if a little more time means a lot more impact.
