BUILDHOLLYWOOD is dedicated to placing creativity in the heart of our cities. As the UK’s leading street advertising specialist, we develop, curate and offer poster space in cities across the UK to a range of clients within the music, fashion, arts and culture sectors. Our family of agencies, DIABOLICAL, JACK and JACK ARTS work with clients to bring their campaigns to life on the street.

We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Jack team, Jack specialise in looking after our fashion and lifestyle clints including Gucci and Palace amongst many others.

Sitting in Jack, as part of the BUILDHOLLYWOOD family, you will be working in a permanent team of 6 alongside teams from our sister agencies DIABOLICAL and JACK ARTS, you will grow and develop your own portfolio of clients as well as actively seek out new clients and briefs. We need someone who is a confident presenter, networker and sales person. Someone who is knowledgeable and excited about brands and street culture. Someone who can create strategies to approach individual clients to sell in our services.

You will enjoy creating proposals, generating ideas and you will feel confident translating those ideas into presentations, budgets and campaigns. You will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment We pride ourselves on being creative, unconventional and adaptable, always striving to be the best in our field and you will be excited to come along for the ride.

You will be responsible for:

Account Management

• Manage existing and new clients

• Write proposals and presentations in response to briefs

• Develop client relationships both existing and new

• Develop experiential, stunt and ambient ideas as part of the team

• Provide excellent client service

• Maintain excellent client relationships

• Identify and contact potential new clients

• Arrange presentations to introduce our services and assess client needs

• Ensure all introductory meetings are followed up, carrying out any action discussed

• In conjunction with the production team you will plan, manage and implement campaigns

• Write and manage budgets to ensure profits are maintained

• As part of a team deliver problem free, well-planned projects to the highest standard

• Support other team members as and when required

• An understanding and passion for street culture

• Strong communication skills

• Great presentation skills - verbal and written

• An ability to build on and develop strong client relationships

• Media and advertising savvy

• Project management skills

• Understanding of outdoor advertising

• An understanding and passion for youth culture

• Ability to plan and manage your own workload

• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• A proven ability to sell in ideas and concepts

• Familiar with working to sales targets

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role

• A creative thinker

• Able to plan and manage your workload whilst prioritising and working to tight deadlines
