The Role
We are looking for a detail obsessed Project Manager with 2-4 years agency experience to join the team, reporting directly with the Project Director and Design Director. Someone who is ambitious, driven, collaborative and enthusiastic and keen to help to deliver prestigious and creative global brands in a range of sectors including luxury retail, beauty, hospitality and architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project process, including creating schedules, proposal writing, design briefs and design sign off.
- Deliver projects with an agreed budget and deadlines from initial proposal to presentation and delivery.
- Work directly with the Project Director and Design Director and manage the wider design team ensuring the successful delivery of project briefs within time & budget.
- Maintain a proactive approach to projects both internally within the studio and externally with the client.
- Delegate and manage time, provide status updates on project work, managing expectations.
- Accurate contact/status/meeting reporting with clear project documentation.
- Nurture and grow client relationships.
