At a glance

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Lead with a strong background in social and digital marketing to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover with option to extend.

This is not a traditional performance or channel-led role. The ideal candidate is culturally fluent, strategically sharp, and experienced in working with globally relevant brands across fashion, sport, and lifestyle.

You’ll play a key role in translating creative ideas into clear, executable marketing strategies, working closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated, global-facing campaigns across social, digital, and brand-owned channels.

In this role, you'll

  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable social and digital strategies that align with brand objectives and can be executed by global and local teams.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to shape campaign ideas, ensuring concepts are digitally native, culturally relevant, and strategically sound.
  • Develop integrated social and digital marketing plans, spanning content creation, activation moments, rollouts, and consumer-facing messaging.
  • Build and manage market-facing guidance, including Social & Digital Toolkits, Partner Publishing plans, post cadence, tagging, and copy recommendations.
  • Apply a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, spanning brand-owned channels (eCommerce, apps, newsletters, membership) and platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging spaces.
  • Stay deeply informed on fashion, pop culture, music, and the arts — and apply this knowledge meaningfully to your work.
  • Analyse campaign performance and results, producing recap decks, insights, and executive summaries to inform future strategies.
  • Confidently present strategies and outcomes to internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and buy-in.
  • Work fluidly across disciplines to ensure work feels cohesive, intentional, and connected across all channels.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has 5+ years’ experience in social, digital, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Is highly organised, adaptable, and hands-on, with a genuine can-do attitude.
  • Able to manage teams and accounts.
  • Brings strong, working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and evolving platform behaviour.
  • Has experience working with large global brands or culturally-led pinnacle brands, translating creative ideas into executable marketing plans.
  • Is confident navigating eCommerce platforms and brand-owned digital touchpoints.
  • Has a strong analytical mindset, with experience turning data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Is comfortable building marketing toolkits, activation plans, and content frameworks from scratch.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently — in decks, presentations, and conversations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment where priorities move quickly.
  • Is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in sprint-style cycles.
  • Is confident working fully remote, collaborating across time zones and team locations.
