  • Conducting thorough quality checks on all artwork files, packaging designs, and merchandise graphics, verifying accuracy and consistency.
  • Proofing and checking all print re-runs, ensuring quality and consistency is always maintained and becoming a guardianship in the quality of our brand.

  • Attend studio and production meetings, liaise/visit suppliers including for colour testing, proofing or press-passing as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of print-ready artwork files for production.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite, with in-depth knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Technical expert with an excellent understanding of print production processes, colour management, and printing across different materials, formats and finishes.
  • Experience in packaging artworking with the ability to create technical guides and structural artwork.

  • Collaborative team player, working with multiple different teams in the studio, with excellent communication skill.
  • Independent with good problem-solving skills. Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues which arise in the artworking and production process.
  • 7+ years experience within artworking.
  • A passion for MinaLima and the work we create would be a plus!
