Job Description

About HighSpirit

Established in 2022, HighSpirit is an independent brand design and marketing agency, based in Brightons' vibrant North Laine area.

As a studio, we work across the lifestyle space, producing high-end branding, campaign marketing and digital solutions, including web and social content. We pride ourselves on being a hands-on, ideas-driven creative studio that is underpinned by our open-minded, collaborative approach. We are leaving behind the client-agency bureaucracy of old and creating more agile client partnerships, to deliver progressive creative work with people at the heart.

With a portfolio spanning spirits, sports lifestyle, tech, arts, property and hospitality, we provide brand design and marketing for global clients ranging from Bombay Sapphire gin to Wimbledon Tennis. From original brand creation to expansive exhibition designs, we are seeking a progressive client-facing Project Manager with a strong understanding of creative and marketing principles to help us take the business to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking a like-minded individual to join us as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with a background in similar studios or in-house roles. You are personable, tenacious and ambitious, ready to get stuck into life in a growing indie agency.

We love people who see opportunities rather than just tasks and are people-centred in their approach. You love connecting with others and building bridges to help develop connection, culture and our community. We want a partner, who we and our clients both love and respect.

You are well-organised and process-driven by default, but you’re also connecting the dots, to help us optimise, leap and be better as a creative group. Communicative and intuitive in your manner, you speak up when it counts, helping to make the most of our project and business opportunities.

You will be essential in helping drive fluency between the creative team and Directors, providing communication lines and updates, leading on studio schedules, creating budgets, distilling client comms and supporting new business development.

As a tight-knit team of designers and creatives, we love what we do and want to work with someone who shares this passion for creating beautiful visual work for brands and businesses.

At HighSpirit, every day is different and while we work hard, we fully recognise the need for striking a positive life-work balance, which is why we are in Brighton and have a calendar of social activities and events.

HighSpirit is growing from a start up into a leading brand creative agency. This role and person will be core to the growth of the agency for the next 5 years, so we are looking for someone who wants to develop with us professionly and commercially, and we will reap the rewards, together.
