The role:

We are known for our colourful and design-led branding. We’re looking to add a Junior-Intermediate designer to our team reporting to our Senior Graphic Designer to help us maintain and build on our reputation for amazing visual communications in everything that we put out there – from beer labels to merchandise.

Key Tasks:

Working with our Senior Graphic Designer to produce visual materials including beer labels, packaging, social media posts, venue/event Point of Sale, and merchandise design;

Support the design and production of graphics for a variety of other purposes including: special events and campaigns, our tap room and for internal and external communications;

Help us refresh and maintain graphics for our website, brand assets etc;

Manage and coordinate photography as needed;

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

A talented, versatile designer with 1-2 years’ progressively more challenging experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a food or drinks brand;

Technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs, as well as Office programs such as PowerPoint & Word;

Experience in preparing artwork for both print and digital

Experience liaising with branding and production agencies

Layout and typography skills

Ability to create GIFs

Great attention to detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team;

Excellent planning and organisational skills;

Legal right to work in the UK

Great to Have:

After Effects skills

Digital photography ability, including filming and editing proficiency, and experience using Premiere Pro and Lightroom;

Experience in the hospitality industry;

An interest in craft beer or local knowledge of Brixton.

Working Routine:
