Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Creative Artworker with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our studio team. You will focus on creating and preparing bespoke designs for wallpapers, fabrics, and our in-house print collections.

Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join our small, dynamic team based in West London.

The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for precision, design, and artwork preparation, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to translate creative concepts into flawless, print-ready artwork.

This role involves working closely with the design team to create and refine bespoke artwork for a range of clients. You will be responsible for artwork preparation for wallpapers, fabrics, and other printed collections, ensuring that the designs are polished and production-ready.

In addition, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills while working collaboratively as part of a larger team.

Your previous experience and portfolio should highlight your technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple artistic projects with accuracy and efficiency.

This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the creative vision of our studio, develop your skills, and gain a deeper understanding of design and production within a supportive and engaging environment.

You will report directly to our Art Director, Adam Ellis, and Senior Design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, refine, and prepare bespoke artwork for wallpapers, fabrics, and print collections.
  • Ensure all artwork files are production-ready, meeting technical specifications and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers and illustrators to maintain brand and project consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Work proactively to ensure artwork quality, with a focus on technical accuracy and creative excellence.

Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficient in drawing and painting using large-format Wacom tablets or comparable digital illustration tools.
  • Experience with preparing artwork for print, including an understanding of colour management, resolution, and file formatting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into production-ready designs.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and an appreciation for printed artwork.

Benefits:

Our studio fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, where you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside talented designers, illustrators, project managers, and archivists.

  • Professional growth: Access to training and opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Team culture: Monthly Cocktail Wednesdays and participation in our ‘arts card’ gallery visits scheme.
  • Dynamic projects: Work on bespoke designs that span creative and technical challenges.
