Job Description

The Role:

MOX is looking for an experienced senior producer with around 4-5+ years experience. The ideal person would have a solid agency background, but also have a good production knowledge. Someone who can take on a project from briefing to delivery and has the experience and understanding to work on a variety of projects. This role will be working alongside the Head of Production, but the person must be able to really take lead on their projects and work with the relevant MOX teams.

What we’re looking for/what the role will be:

  • A true can do attitude and can handle the pressure when needed.
  • A good understanding of agency life and projects, from small to larger campaigns.
  • Someone who can scope out projects, create budgets and keep on top of them through the projects lifecycle.
  • This is a client facing role, so must have good client etiquette.
  • Great management skills
  • A good understanding of formats for online or above the line campaigns.
  • Be able to run projects by yourself from start to delivery.
  • A good list of go to’s for freelancers or third party companies (not a must, but would be nice).
  • Be up for some fun and working on mad projects.
  • Work seamlessly alongside the creative teams, as well as having a good grasp of the project and clients needs.
  • Build a great team relationship and create an easy work vibe.
  • Make sure the client always feels in safe hands and that we’re always ON IT.
  • This is a senior role so also teaching others where possible and being a role model within MOX.
