Agent / Producer

CRXSS is an Artist Management and Production Company based in East London. We represent outstanding photographers and CGI studios. We work closely with the artists we represent helping them to evolve both as commercial artists and market influencers.

We are small agency with a big network who are about to celebrate our 5th Birthday and we are currently looking for a full time Agent & Producer who wants to totally immerse themselves in this crazy, fun, un-predictable but brilliant industry. Each week is different. Forget that, each day is different. We never know what projects we will be working on, what brands we’ll be creating content for or what studio or location we’ll be working out of. The role will encompass all elements of the job; working alongside the principals with an emphasis on new business the candidate will also have a good grasp of shoot production and post-production management.

The candidate will be full of initiative, enthusiasm and tenacity and will have ideas of how to connect with and sell into new clients throughout the communications industry including Ad Agencies and Client Direct. The candidate will understand their prospective clients and have enough IT literacy and visual sensibility to be able to curate bespoke presentations in a range of formats ensuring that the potential of each meeting is maximised.

We are a small team with a positive can do attitude, and we are looking for someone who wants to come and share in this work/life journey with us. The candidate needs to be their own person, confident with their ideas and able to communicate them. Good humour, a sense of responsibility and innate work ethic are a must. We are looking for a Junior / Midweight applicants, salary DOE.
