Finance and process manager
Job Description
Bureau for Visual Affairs is looking for an energetic and committed Finance Manager to support the next phase of growth in a highly dynamic studio environment. As soon as you are ready :)
Responsibilities:
- Work with the creative and technology teams to manage financial aspect of project
- Maintain the company’s Xero accounting
- Maintain the company’s PNL
- Manage Invoicing and Payments, as well as PAYE
- Support the contractual project and project oversight
- Ensure sign-off procedures are adhered to
What you are and bring:
- Highly organised self-starter, diplomatic and professional
- Able to communicate at all levels within client businesses
- Ability to make decisions
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Google Sheets & Xero

Bureau for Visual Affairs is a midsize design and technology agency, working with highly interesting clients on often very visible projects, in a highly collaborative, warm atmosphere, delivering brand and technology led projects.
The very international team brings together a deep insight into how brands and propositions are created through behaviour, and how to execute these behaviours through content, design and technology. We (deliberately) work across sectors, including culture, lifestyle, hospitality and fashion amongst others. Clients include:

Lastly — we pride ourselves on a healthy attitude towards work/life balance — our studio is based in London Bridge, our office hours are 10-6pm, working late is discouraged :)
