Welcome to the Bear Cave.

We’re an independent, award-winning, design-focused creative agency.

We create disruption for Start-ups, Scale ups and Big Brands who need to ‘step up’ to stay relevant. We are passionate about championing the challenger brand, working with cutting edge start-ups in the food & beverage, retail and tech industries.

We’re a small but mighty team: currently we’re 8 people strong looking to make 2 new hires in the next quarter. At the moment we’re all remote for safety reasons but are very excited about putting our stamp on a shiny new London studio in January to further accelerate our ambitious scale goals.

We are a growing agency looking for a Midweight Designer who wants to be part of and help drive that growth.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are brave and curious, creating original design work with the ability to both originate ideas and to see them through to implementation.

• You have 3+ years of experience working on the agency side.

• You are confident in presenting your ideas internally and to clients.

• You are an intelligent learner who is open to constructive feedback, always looking for opportunities to refine and develop your craft.

• You have excellent Adobe CC skills.

• You demonstrate skills in illustration, typography and copywriting.

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment balancing and managing your time.

• You have the experience in mentoring more junior members of staff.

• You are ambitious, entrepreneurial and willing to muck in wherever you’re needed.
