With plans to grow in 2024, If You Could Jobs is looking for a Sales Manager to help develop opportunities for the business and increase sales of our products. We’d love to hear from you if you like working independently within a collaborative team, enjoy taking a tactical and creative approach to sales and would be excited to be a key driver of growth for the business.

In this position you will be working collaboratively with the If You Could Jobs team, and report into the head of growth and operations.

Job Purpose

To oversee the sales and support the growth of If You Could Jobs products. This includes job post credits, featured company packages and new products in development.

Key Tasks

  • Oversee the growth and sales of our products at If You Could Jobs.
  • Run the sales pipelines across SMBs, recruiter agencies and enterprise accounts.
  • Work with Hubspot to track opportunities, maintain the system and integrate sales workflows.
  • Execute sales strategies and feed back learnings to improve processes and approaches.
  • Proactively look for new leads, seeking out opportunities and keeping aware of trends in the hiring market.
  • Convert leads into sales, managing conversations, taking sales calls and consulting with partners on the right solutions
  • Widen business with existing partners to drive repeat purchases and build relationships to cater for more of their recruitment needs.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns to drive sales initiatives and develop relevant collateral with the support of the team.
  • Feed into the development of the platform, suggesting products, features and functionality to improve the experience for users.

  • Excellent communicator and able to consult partners on product benefits
  • Highly organised and able to manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Ability to build sales campaigns and improve approach from learnings
  • An all rounder who would enjoy pitching in as part a small team
  • Experience of working with a CRM system such as Hubspot
  • Sales experience, with a background in products or services, or a background in recruitment preferable

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Flexible hours between 8am to 7pm)

Location: We are hybrid, working between home and our central London studio. We are open to remote applications with the expectation that you attend the studio twice a month covering your own travel expenses.
