Summary

As a Senior Digital Project Manager at Stereo you will have a key role in managing our digital innovation projects. Working closely with development, motion and creative teams at our London office.

With a strong commitment to quality, you will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, managing and scheduling internal resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the Stereo team.

You will have experience in digital project management, excellent organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working on the following types of projects is essential: 3D Motion, Unreal Engine, Motion Design, Web Development.

Typical Activities

• Employ best practice project management processes, leading stand-ups, overseeing day-to-day workstream and keeping everything on track

• Understand the client’s business goals and needs and actively participate in the solution process

• Estimate project budgets and draft statement of works and cost estimates

• Gather project requirements, define deliverables, organise delivery and deadlines

• Identify risks and dependencies and compile mitigation strategies to ensure smooth running and delivery of projects

• Plan fully and ensure the delivery of any given project from start to finish is within scope and on budget, performing accurate cost analysis and forecasts

• Ownership of project plan timelines and creating gantt charts in management tools (Eg. Smartsheets, Monday.com)

• Plan and manage internal resourcing

• Provide guidance and direction on delivery related topics or issues to Producer and Account Lead

• Task investigation, allocation and tracking using management tools (Eg. JIRA, Monday.com)

• Coordinate troubleshooting of organisational or technical problems

• Ensure QA/ sign-off processes are being followed

Skills Required

• 5 years + experience of successfully managing digital focused projects from end to end

• You understand the technical requirements of web development and motion design projects and the resources required to complete such projects

• You have experience working on Unreal Engine, 3D motion and Metahumans/Digital avatar design projects and understand the animation pipeline attached to such projects

• You can effectively communicate with technical team members

• You can effectively communication with clients about technical aspects of the project

• You can make informed decisions about project planning and execution for complex projects

• You have knowledge of project management tools (Eg. JIRA, Monday.com) and methodologies and have excellent skills in task investigation, allocation and tracking

• You can be an authoritative figure in a busy team with the ability to make decisions and problem solve independently

• You are proactive, reliable, able to meet deadlines and to organise your own and others’ time

• You stay up-to-date with evolutions in the marketing and technology fields, from both a professional and personal point of view

• You have a keen attention to detail with regards to project planning and and budgetary restraints
