We are looking for talented, multi-disciplinary designers to join our Creative team. This is a hands-on opportunity to build disruptive new ventures for some of the biggest brands in the world. You will work on a wide range of briefs and projects, from user experience to visual identity, digital design and data visualisation. Bow & Arrow is a great place for creatives who have an eye for design, but also want to be involved in the process – from idea to implementation.

What you need:
- 2+ years experience in the industry
- A flexible and adaptable skill set
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and attitude
- Autonomous leadership experience and drive
- World-class execution, eye for detail and craft
