Job Description

Our client is a leading independant Content design studio, based in London, who are a trusted partner to some of the biggest global brands, including Calm, Pinterest, Workday and hundreds of other brands across every vertical. They have a reputation for creative thinking and brilliant execution, and are looking for a creatively driven, highly-skilled mid/senior motion and graphics designer

3 days WFH / 2 days in the London studio

£40-48k (dependant on experience)

The role:

Responsible for creating content for a wide range of global brands, across social platforms, apps and other digital touchpoints.

Crunching briefs to develop innovative creative concepts, adding a killer design eye and sharp technical skills.

The studio works at pace: from concept, through to creation, design and delivery, you will be responsible for driving projects forward without needing any hand holding.

Presenting work to clients as well as internal stakeholders, rooting creative in clear and well thought out strategy.

Working alongside the studio team, Exec. Creative Director, Design Director and several Creative Leads. Feeding back to junior colleagues and collaborating with the senior team on client and internal projects.

Be on the pulse with digital platforms and best practices, trends, techniques and technologies, and share knowledge with the wider studio.

The requirements:

Showreel of work that showcases your creativity, conceptual thinking, elevated execution and ability to make beautiful, engaging, top performing content across a range of verticals.

Excellent eye for design including layout, typography, imagery, motion & animation.

Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop and After Effects), Figma a bonus.

Confident, calm, collaborative and without ego.

An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for the industry, with a constant desire to learn, develop themselves and others.
