Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and managing shoot budgets - ensuring that all shoots are produced smoothly and billed on time and within budget.
- Shoot production - booking teams, liaising with agent and artist on creative/shoot direction, locations, catering, call sheets, travel and all other all logistics.
- Post-production – creating and managing schedules and communicating with artist, post house and client and reacting/changed based on feedback to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assisting with sales research and maintaining databases.
- Creating PDFs, treatments and marketing materials.
- Scheduling meetings and organising portfolio reviews with clients.
- Maintaining Artist calendars and clear lines of communication to artists re: options, shoot info and meetings.
- Maintaining relationships with the industry to promote the agency and artists and building vendor relationships and deals for regular work.
Skills required:
- At least 5 years experience within photography and film production.
- Preferably French speaking.
- A proactive approach to new opportunities.
- Impressive communication skills and enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients.
- High level of creative industry knowledge
