Project/Account Manager

We’re a full-service award winning agency specialising in brand strategy, design and activation. We’ve been going for 10 years and have offices in London and Dublin—with a dedicated team of designers, developers, copywriters and strategists.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing quotes and timelines
  • Managing and developing each brief and scope of work with the client whilst leading the client relationship on behalf of Rowdy
  • Deep diving into client’s businesses and their landscape in order to deliver on their need.
  • Support our overall offering by identifying opportunities with existing clients, and helping scope briefs for future engagements
  • Building relationships with existing clients
  • Managing client’s expectations & handeling feedback
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing the team’s time and optimising workflows
  • Managing Resource
  • Support Rowdy’s new business development
  • Led by the senior team you will actively participate in workshops, pitches, presentations and new business meetings
  • Running social media channels for Rowdy and clients

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 4 years' work experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in copywriting
  • Experience managing digital projects from brief to delivery
  • Ability to collaborate and lead designers and creatives in order to deliver on the clients' needs
  • Strong communicator with an ability to listen and engage with clients
  • Comfortable creating a deck or proposal and pitching/presenting to clients
  • Able to research, analyse and identify opportunities in industry (for both clients and Rowdy)
