Role summary:
As Junior Project Manager you’ll help define scopes, hatch plans, and provide support from conception to delivery on a huge range of projects and campaigns. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A true collaborator with a keen eye for detail and a real desire to do the best job possible.
Role description:
- Responsible for the initiation of all projects and their day-to-day supervision – keeping them on strategy, on time and on budget
- Ensuring expectations are set and understood by the client and all agreed deliverables are achieved
- First-line representative of the studio to clients
- Responsible for internal processes, timings, scheduling, briefing creative, artwork, amends, approvals and finance
- Identifying, communicating and escalating any issues like project delays and cost over-runs
- Seeking new opportunities to organically grow accounts
- Attending internal and external meetings and taking notes when required
- Attending shoots and managing edits
- Managing our monthly marketing schedule with contributors to ensure our website content is up-to-date and working hard
