Currently seeking a wonderful Creative Operations Manager full-time. A pivotal role that sits between operations director, projects teams, creatives, other team members. You will help run the studio and work across different areas, a role that is adequate for someone who possesses a variety of skills and who thrives wearing different hats.

At a top level, the Creative Operations Manager is someone who is responsible for (1) managing day-to-day running of the studio; (2) provide executive assistant support to founder; (3) provide support to project and client teams. With this in mind, responsibilities will include:

General Administration Duties

  • Front of house
  • Manage office space and inventory
  • Booking couriers, travel or accommodation
  • Planning team research days and social events
  • Managing and organizing inboxes, databases

Executive Assistant Duties

  • Managing emails and calendar for Founder/CD to ensure communications are not being missed
  • Scheduling calls, meetings across diaries
  • Travel and administrative tasks

Resourcing and HR Duties

  • Collaborate with (and supported by) ops and project directors
  • Support internal resource and workflow, including freelance or long term planning
  • Liaise with candidates, recruiters and keeping databases organized
  • Issuing employee and freelance contracts, NDAs
  • Managing / Tracking staff holidays / absences
  • Making sure all employees are onboarded correctly by relevant team members

Project & Event Coordination Duties

  • Collaborate with (and be supported by) ops and project directors
  • Identify new partnership and PR opportunities (with support of CD and OD) as well as industry awards and submission processes
  • Supporting the Project Director on smaller creative projects running within studio
  • Support managing events, liaise with locations, partners etc.
  • Create and manage newsletters and events, plus external communications

Finance Duties

  • Liaise with accounts team for support or requests
  • File and track sales invoices and company expenses
  • Support with project reconciliation
  • Review of supplier invoices

This is a role that can be ideal for a candidate with diverse experience and profile, someone with good experience, who is a glass half full, positive, and articulate, who is easy to approach and nurturing, and good personal and organizational skills. This will suit someone pragmatic and who is great at problem solving. Tools wise, this is a role suited for someone who is comfortable across google docs, CRM tools like mailchimp or Eventbrite, project management tools like Trello or Slack. Bonus if you have understanding of Adobe CS.
