Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing, creative team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for product packaging, typography, logo design, branding, print, digital design, and content curation.

One day, you might be crafting the design on a paint product label and creating digital assets for our annual art competition. The next day, you might be checking print samples, artworking our next print publication, and sending it to print.

You will be working very closely with the Head of Content and Director to establish and evolve the aesthetic across all touchpoints, and maintain Jackson’s Brand Guidelines.

You will also work closely with the Commercial Director, Purchasing Manager, Product Manager, Marketplace Manager, and external suppliers to expand product ranges for Jackson’s, Arta, and other sub-brands within the company. This will include artworking product labels where needed, overseeing external artworkers, preparing supplier guides and artwork, and managing quotes, samples, print sign off, and final artworks.

Alongside this, you will lead the brand direction and identity for Jackson’s Art Prize, working closely with the Art Prize Coordinator and wider team to design the competition identity year on year.
