About the Project
Night Group is a fast-growing company at the forefront of London’s nightlife scene. We own and operate some of the city’s most iconic nightclubs and bars. As we continue to expand, we're preparing to launch an exciting new venue in April 2025. To bring this vision to life, we’re seeking a talented and passionate Senior Designer to lead the creation and development of a bold, comprehensive brand identity.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Designer for this project, you will be responsible for developing and executing the visual identity of the venue. This is an exciting opportunity as we are restoring a heritage building in Peckham that’s been vacant for over a decade. You will design all branding elements and work closely with the venue’s marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and captivating work that support the venue’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, develop and implement a strong, memorable brand identity.
Create an iconic logo, colour palette, typography, graphic elements, and visual assets.
Create engaging and on-brand digital content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Design and produce print materials, such as posters, flyers, banners, and menus.
Provide examples of best practices for applying the brand across digital (websites, social media, email) and print materials (business cards, packaging, brochures).
Create design assets for email newsletters and online advertising campaigns.
Develop a comprehensive brand guideline document to ensure consistent application of the visual identity going forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing within the nightlife.
Knowledge of additional video editing and animation software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
Understanding of marketing and branding principles.
Must have an understanding of the music industry.
Passion for music, nightlife, and contemporary culture.

We are committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment. You and any job applicants will receive equal treatment regardless of age, disability, gender, reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
