Job Description

A Lucky Beard Graphic Designer designs brands for start-ups to multi-national corporations.  They have an exceptional eye for clean, timeless, crafted and artful design. They possess world-class design skills and are able to translate concepts and strategies into striking and meaningful brands. They are creative problem solvers, with the ability to bring an alternative and fresh perspective to projects.They obsess about typography and colour and dream of making every brand out there beautiful.

Responsibilties:

Design

Do

• Design industry leading brands and user experiences

• Convey every last nuance of your designs to your team and clients with high-fidelity mockups and examples.

• Build on defined, complex strategies, you work to evolve existing brands, or create entirely new brands from scratch at pace

• Analyse and interpret client and co-creator feedback to evolve designs

• Execute prescribed creative direction in multiple formats with precision, understanding and quality

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

• Create design guides and templates for brands and collateral

Be

• A critical part of the global creative team - you will play an integral part in giving creative expression to the brands you work with across multiple products and platforms

• Truly understand and evaluate stakeholder and audience needs to inform projects

• Proactive with oversight and responsibility for brand implementation across all outputs and deliverables.

• You can confidently articulate your ideas and present compelling, beautiful, intuitive designs to all stakeholders

• Fully immerse into the brief, getting a full understanding of the project, the client / industry the aim, goals.. and being confident to question and analyse the brief where necessary to lead the client in the best direction

• Ensure that designs are aligned and accurate and that all copy is faultless – no detail is too small to be perfect
