Job Description

The Content Marketing Designer will support the Brand Designer with responsibility for content creation, implementation of offer and editorial email campaigns, social media management and general website upkeep in creating and executing a distinct visual identity for FINE+RARE

As a key member of the Brand team, you will:

  • Assist with the design, customisation and execution of creative assets for product offers, website content, social media posts and event collateral – across both digital and print formats.
  • Create and optimise email templates for daily offers and weekly newsletters
  • Make regular updates to the F+R website to keep content up-to-date and in-line with company and campaign objectives.
  • Support in the management of F+R social medial channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) scheduling posts and updates and working to continuously optimise channels.
  • Contribute to the development of our visual identity, ensuring consistent application of our brand book and style guide throughout the process.
  • Assist the Brand Designer with research and development of new design templates used across the business.
  • Proactively work on content creation (photography, videography) and document tastings, winery visits etc.
  • Monitor key competitors and other relevant luxury brand sectors to challenge F+R’s thinking and approach.

Person Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a design related field
  • Demonstrable background of in-house or agency experience, with a strong digital portfolio
  • Advanced competencies in core Adobe CS and MS Office software
  • Proven communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines
  • Good understanding of a range of print and online design processes
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly
  • Ability to effectively brief production artworkers e.g. printers
  • An interest in fine wine and spirits
