Madd Recruitment are currently looking for a talented Mid to Senior level Creative located in or around the Essex region.

What our client is looking for in you.

Apart from being a fun loving team player, which is a must for the team we’re working with, you’ll need to have worked on some great projects already– your folio will need to evidence that – and having worked on some exciting design projects would allow you to easily showcase your creative abilities.

You’ll have worked across a good mix of clients too. My client will be looking for creativity with an adaptable mindset, someone who’s got the confidence and skill to move the brief from’ the boring’ to ‘the brave’ is important for keeping you and your team ahead of the competition and continually inspired.

You’ll be experienced at designing across the board for the normal marketing collateral and some of the less common more innovative and imaginative stuff too, from time-to-time they get involved in some less conventional projects.

An all-important part of the process is conceptual thinking. The ability to turn a marketing requirement into a journey inspired by creative storytelling.

You’ll get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects covering, Branding, Day-to-Day Marketing collateral for print orientated design and of course - Off-line, Digital, projects such as Websites, App's, email marketing and more. • Great Conceptual Understanding
• Talented Designer with real creativity and drive
• Talented with all the current industry software packages
• Experience across print and digital and Experiential would be a bonus.
• Good communicator

• Great industry knowledge, trends, new and noteworthy techniques etc.

Your day will consist of

• Working with your colleagues to create new and innovative ways to communicate through intelligent thinking.
• Team meetings for discussion of ideas.
• Being an integral part of the design and production process
• Coming up with new and innovative ideas.
• Creating presentation materials.

How do you know if you’re right?

Well, you’ll know. If you live eat sleep and breath design then you’ll be just fine. If you have worked on design for a mix of projects and have a commercial folio collected over 3 or more years with some interesting work for some interesting clients in it then you’ll no doubt get an opportunity to come in for a chat. What’s important is what your work looks like and how you present it.
