We're a design-led creative company building brands for scale, change, and good. Founded in 1990 and proudly independent, we work for some of the most famous brands in the world out of our studios in London, New York, and Shanghai.

The Role

Our London studio is growing with new projects, clients and into new categories.

We are looking for design and branding talent to evolve some of the world's most cherished and iconic CPG Brands, such as Mars, Kellogg's, Budweiser, Dunkin', and Burger King. We need collaborative, and accomplished Senior Designers to create strategic, beautiful solutions for our clients and implement them through to completion.

You will report to a Design Director.

You will:

Create holistic concepts and solutions that build on a Brand's and offer a unique point of difference throughout the brand experience

Demonstrate an understanding of Brand First, through design and how it can get a brand noticed and chosen

Demonstrate an understanding of how to connect strategy to creative work

Edit concepts to focus on the best ideas

Lead multiple creative projects

Use internal expertise, and client's knowledge to get to better creative solutions

Run the team and projects when Design Director is not in the studio

Be a source of inspiration to our clients and internally which can translate to additional work and client satisfaction

Through early involvement and partnership in projects, understand what the brand stands for, its core values it strives to evoke

Be a brand ambassador, challenging and interpreting feedback where necessary to build the brand

Demonstrate design knowledge, expertise, and relevant provocation to clients following the brand

Achieve pitches, client presentations, and influences results

Communicate at all levels, adapting communication style to audience and situation, whilst always delivering a message

Find new innovations and express how these can be used in creative output

Evaluate existing brand experience and identify development areas for the brand and business

Display an understanding of how to bring concepts to life within technical parameters
