THE ROLE

We are looking for Live Experience Producer to join our growing team and help build and deliver exciting brand experiences across a range of brilliant brands. We produce work for major household names including Netflix, Jägermeister, Ibis, Asahi, Sipsmith Gin, Mastercard and others - delivering the best in entertainment and music brand experiences.

The Producer will take responsibility for leading the management, development and implementation of experiences and live activations for one or more of our live sport projects. They will ensure the events are flawlessly planned and executed, applying watertight budget management and exceptional attention to detail, whilst creating strong relationships with client teams, the wider agency and a range of trusted suppliers.

Our ideal candidate will have gained relevant experience within an agency environment, alongside possessing a resourceful, self-motivated and creative approach to their thinking. This combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive, team orientated approach to the work will see you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Developing a sound understanding of the client’s business and their communication objectives

Interpreting creative concepts and working with suppliers to develop production briefs

Providing production knowledge – guiding internal teams to meet client goals and objectives in a balanced and positive approach

Effective timeline and milestone planning, ensuring deadlines are always met

Accurate costing and project budgeting

Collaborating with client services teams to develop, communicate and manage experiential project plans, budgeting, venue selections, logistic planning etc.

Managing project communications; providing relevant information to clients, client servicing teams and multiple third party suppliers / event partners in a timely manner

Development of all necessary documentation regarding the production including handbooks, insurance, and RAMS.

On site management of teams and event delivery. This may include working over weekends.

Required skills and experience:

Minimum 4 years’ experience working in event production, with a strong sense of project management and multi-discipline coordination

Proven experiential and/or event marketing production experience within an agency environment

Experience in producing a diverse range of brand activations and experiences – ideally in live music, festival activations and drinks brands experiences.

Experience in writing and developing supplier production briefs

A good understanding of technical production a bonus

Sense of team spirit, positive, confident and dedicated to delivering innovative work

Proficient in MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Use of CAD or Sketch Up design software a bonus.
