Hayes Davidson was founded over 30 years ago - the first CGI-based visualisation studio in the UK. We are proud to work with leading creative agencies and architects around the world. The company is based in a beautiful loft-style open-plan studio space adjacent to Paddington Station in London; we are 100% employee owned and we are a studio full of character, inspiring group activities and a huge love for what we do.
Who you are:
We are looking for a positive individual, open to learning but equally confident to bring new ideas to our very friendly Project Management team. You are Mac proficient, confident using Microsoft software in particular Excel. Knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous.
You will work well under pressure and have the ability to work in a time critical environment. An interest in design and architecture is desirable but candidates who have worked or studied in the industry is not essential.
You will be reporting to the Head of Production and responsible for covering all project related tasks such as;
- Supporting project team with daily admin tasks
- Assisting project team with new business tenders/bids
- Ensuring all invoicing is up-to-date
- Projects archive
- Purchasing Assets
- Manage 2D/3D Asset Library
You will also be the first point of contact in all new business inquiries so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills.
