Job Description

Based on our recent success, Incendiary Blue are on the lookout for a Mid-weight Digital Designer to join our team.

After winning digital agency of the year in 2020, we have continued in our pursuit for success and are now growing the company - meaning that you’ll grow with us! Work / life balance is important for everyone and is a piece of the culture that is truly respected.

Each team member is an expert in their field. If you are the right candidate you will get the opportunity to develop skills across a range of disciplines, in a way that is often difficult to achieve in a larger organisation.

The right candidate will be working on projects from initial conception to delivery. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients on a multitude of projects, and the possibility of refining your skills in a high exposure role.

Day to day

No two days are alike at IB, so this role is ideal for someone seeking a degree of flexibility and diversity within their day. We want someone who is looking for an opportunity to hone their passion and skillset within the digital design industry. We don't expect them to have all the answers but enjoy looking for them!

About you

  • 4+ years of industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree of 2:1 and above.
  • A growing passion for design and the design industry
  • Ability to see ideas through to a high execution
  • Confidence to work independently
  • Manage their time and multiple projects
  • A positive member of the team
  • Approachable character to support junior members
  • Comfortable in the Adobe Suite, Sketch/Figma/XD.
  • High quality digital portfolio

About the role

  • 25 days holiday a year
  • Day off for your birthday
  • 2 weeks paid leave over the Christmas period
  • 3 days in-house, 2 days remote
  • Competitive salary and compensation
  • Report to the Creative Director

Interview Process

Successful candidates will be invited to a 2-stage interview process. The first will be an opportunity for you to talk us through some key digital projects you are most proud of and explain the project in detail.

The second interview will be a formal interview with the Principal Consultant and Creative Director. This will be a series of role based questions and a chance for you to ask us any questions about the role.
