We are a leading UK environmental charity dedicated to protecting our ocean - defending crucial habitats, regenerating vital ecosystems and inspiring volunteers. We unite communities, governments, and industry, and champion science-based solutions for cleaner, healthier seas to tackle the climate and nature emergency.
We are currently looking for a Brand & Content Designer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer with a background in driving brand identity and producing engaging visual content to help us bring our mission to life through bold, impactful design. This role sits at the heart of how we connect with our audiences, generating ideas for clear strategies, and creating social graphics, videos, reports and toolkits that don’t just look great, but inspire action and spark real change.

The Role
As our Brand & Content Designer, you’ll be collaborative, innovative and impactful - delivering powerful visual storytelling and design that supports our mission and engages our supporters.
It’s varied, fast-paced, and full of opportunities to stretch your skills - whether you’re crafting scroll-stopping social graphics, editing powerful videos, designing campaign visuals, or shaping reports that influence policy - your work will inspire support for the ocean and strengthen our brand across every channel.
Day-to-day, you will also:
- Produce engaging graphics, video and interactive content for digital channels
- Create high-impact digital and printed resources
- Act as a brand custodian
- Collaborate with passionate environmentalists, creative and changemakers
- Manage workflows and schedules to deliver projects on time
- Keep ahead of design trends and digital innovations
About You
To be considered as a Brand & Content Designer, you will need:
- Experience of creating content within a defined brand identity
- Proven design expertise across digital and print, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and attention to detail
- Excellent video editing and production skills, especially for social media audiences
- High proficiency in the use of design software and an in-depth knowledge of the latest digital technologies and tools
- Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to successfully work on multiple projects concurrently
