We’re looking for a visionary brain that sees beyond (aka a brand strategist) to help us make the invisible visible.

Hello! We’re curious…about you really. And whether you’d be excited by what we do and how we think. We’re a strategic, creative branding agency collaborating with brands from all over the world. We help brands arrive at Fresh or New or Different or Bold or Disruptive or Inspiring or Human and we take an analytical, science-y, creative, data-immersing approach to get there. We find the latest start up a new name, help big tech companies stand out online, find ways for household brands to remain relevant...the list goes on. When clients can’t quite put their finger on something…we uncover the answer for them.

We are always led by the needs of the brand but, as our name hints, we help brands be curious about themselves, about their audiences, about their competitors, about the future - so they can rise above the bland. Afterall…wouldn’t the world be dull if you always knew what you were going to get?

If you think so too, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a creative brand strategist to join our growing strategy team. You’ll be creating brands from scratch, refreshing some, evolving others and humanizing the ones that have got a bit too complex or techy. All for some of the world’s most leading organizations.

What will you be doing?

  • Getting under the skin of our client’s businesses and understanding their customers
  • Designing and facilitating client workshops and delivering insightful findings
  • Play key role in running strategic projects that deliver transformational outcomes for our clients
  • Work closely with our Strategy Director to create the ‘big ideas’ that underpin campaigns and pitches
  • Undertaking desk-based research and managing primary research with our clients and partners
  • Collaborating with the creative, digital, marketing and account management teams to deliver outstanding brand, creative and marketing campaigns
  • Playing a key role in new business pitches and proposal creation and delivery
  • Working on strategic new business initiatives that may include writing white papers and thought pieces, or even podcasts and webinars
  • Exploring our clients’ objectives and spotting new business opportunities to deliver value
  • Pushing the agency’s offering in new and exciting directions

Just checking that you have...

  • At least three years’ experience as a strategist, some of that needs to be within a brand agency environment
  • A track record of delivering successful strategy projects that cut through creatively
  • Knowledge of the full branding process
  • Ability to command a room of experienced marketers and business leaders
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A mix of creative, analytical and technical know-how, while still being able to cut through the jargon
  • Unafraid to roll your sleeves up with the team to solve any challenge that might come up
  • Ambition to drive innovation across digital marketing platforms
  • Appetite for a fast-moving agency environment
  • Collaborative skills to be a team player through and through
  • Public speaking experience
  • New business experience
  • A flair for writing about things you are passionate about
