Enough about us, here’s what we’d love from you

You will be a strong all-rounder who is passionate about all areas of design from print advertising to branding, packaging and digital, if you happen to have experience creating entertaining, engaging social media, all the better. An interest in 3D design/animation would be a bonus but is not essential. Personality is key to us. We require a candidate who is bursting with a real love for what they do. We are an independent agency of creative, ambitious and energetic people. We love what we do and we love working with each other. It’s therefore key that you are someone who likes working as part of a team, but can also self-motivate when they’re on their own (we embrace both working from home and coming into the office together). You’ll be a good organiser and can contribute to a fun, vibrant agency culture.

We are looking for a candidate who can deliver outstanding work in the following areas:

You will have a strong approach to branding from a strategic and conceptual perspective and can take it through to execution. Including creation of brand assets and working within existing brand guidelines. You will be confident in presenting brand world concepts to clients.

Graphic Design, Advertising & Print Production

You will have experience in producing layouts for advertising including print and packaging. Art direction, typography and image re-touching are key. You will be able to produce and supply artwork for all types of media and be involved in proofing the final artwork. Any candidate should demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail.

Website & Digital

Good knowledge of current digital trends. An understanding of typography for website design, colour theory, layout principles, web standards, best practice and user experience. Ensures the design process works from brief to concept across mobile, web and email design.

Skill and speed

Sometimes you’ll have weeks and months to fineness your designs, but of course the nature of advertising is that sometimes you’ll also need to be responsive and reactionary to what is happening in the world. So, you’ll need to be able to produce high quality work you’re proud to stand behind in just a few hours too.

Good luck

Be wonderful and apply now, we can’t wait to meet you and hopefully welcome you to the team (shot of tequila optional).
