Role
This isn’t your average CRM role.
We’re not looking for someone to pump out as many emails as possible. We want you to build genuine engagement with our broad and brilliant audience of spectacle lovers via email and other marketing channels.
We’re looking for someone unique who can develop our marketing and CRM activities, as we become the most compelling and distinctive spectacles company. You’ll work alongside some of the most talented writers, graphic designers and creative brains. What you’ll bring to the table is that rare gift - someone with imagination and creativity but also the determination to make things happen and the organisation to hold many moving parts together.
The ideal person for this role passionately believes in the power of storytelling. It will be useful but not essential to be a glasses wearer, and either way be ready to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of eyewear. You will be living and breathing spectacles and sunglasses and sharing that world with our customers.
Responsibilities
Work with e-commerce, brand, and retail to maintain a strong marketing calendar that communicates with and grows our customers, contacts, and segments
Deploy email marketing and sustain a regular cadence of emails that deliver online revenue and in-store footfall
Coordinate the Cubitts blog/journal (and associated emails) and keep it up-to-date with great content that drives online engagement
Coordinate content and digital assets for campaigns (e.g. product launches, content refresh), leading to successful online and in-store product campaigns
Work with design to deploy excellent creative in marketing campaigns, maintaining a consistent and memorable brand
Report back on channel performance clearly and consistently, and use that data to continually improve the execution and results of campaigns
Experience & Skills
Experience running multi-channel marketing activity for e-commerce and/or retail
Comfortable using online SaaS platforms to deliver marketing
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo a plus)
Excited to work with cross functional teams
Great taste in design
Enjoy writing great copy
Hands-on and self-driven
Results-oriented and good at making data-informed decisions
The Contract
FT, 40 hours a week
Based in King’s Cross
Salary, £26,000 to £28,000 p/a, depending on experience
