Job Description
We are TMW and we are looking for a Senior Conceptual Copywriter within our London team, a multi-talented bunch who work together to create compelling campaigns for a range of clients.
Overview
We believe that creativity can make anything better, whether it’s a film for a youth brand or an email for a bank – so, as a Senior Copywriter you need to be able to work across a wide range of clients and be involved in a significant amount of pitching.
The ability to juggle multiple jobs at one time is a must, as is the ability to lead where needed. Concept creation, strong craft skills, and really understand what integrated means across ATL, digital, social and beyond are key to this role. At this level we expect a certain amount of autonomy and speed in getting ideas from scamps to well rounded, client ready presentations.
We expect ownership of accounts where appropriate, and also a strong sense of collaboration with CDs and the wider team and Agency (where applicable).
You will be able to help, inspire and oversee more junior creatives when working on accounts or projects that you lead – and do it all with the TMW values in mind. This goes across all aspects of creative and the wider agency.
As a Senior Copywriter you’ll know how to critically assess a brief to spot potential pitfalls (timings / budget etc) and opportunities, and work with other departments to put it right. You’ll also be adept at presenting, whether to internal stakeholders or to clients, and embrace every opportunity to do so.
The day to day is a real mixture of working on and overseeing Campaign work, and being able to jump on quick turnaround, agile creative content/campaign production if needed. As part of the TMW Creative team you’ll get the balance right between ensuring we continue to produce award winning creative, and being flexible enough to work with the wider team to make sense of quick turn around client requests, and see them through.
