Job Description
We’re Cogs & Marvel! A global experiential agency with main hubs in Dublin, London, and San Francisco. Our teams work globally and we’re remote-first (which means we work from home but come together in our location hubs as and when required). This opportunity is for someone UK & Ireland based.
We dream up and deliver live and digital experiences that spark joy, provoke thought, and stay with people.
We’re expanding our creative team and are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer ready to make bold, beautiful work for global brands and immersive events. You might be a recent graduate looking for your first role or a designer with some years experience working within a creative agency.
What you’ll bring:
- A portfolio that shows solid print and digital design skills — from large-format graphics in a spatial setting to pitch decks and brand identity work.
- Confidence in translating briefs into compelling narratives.
- Experience (or a demonstrable enthusiasm for) working in events, marketing, or creative agencies (internships count too!).
- An eye for craft, layout, colour, and typography.
- Organised, efficient, calm under pressure.
- Fluent in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); bonus for any motion, illustration or presentation capabilities.
What you’ll do:
- Design compelling visual identities for events and experiences, aligned with both brand guidelines and creative concepts.
- Create graphics for immersive spaces, digital comms, and pitch decks.
- Work alongside teams on print production.
- Develop beautiful, insight-led moodboards, treatments and storyboards that distil creative strategy into visual direction.
- Bring a sense of style and storytelling to every visual.
What we value:
- Creativity with purpose.
- Organisation and clarity of thought.
- Confidence in your ideas and curiosity for new ones!
We’re flexible, collaborative, and hugely passionate about creating impactful work that truly resonates with audiences. Share your portfolio and let us know where you’re at in your career — we’d love to meet you!

Despite the expected high number of applicants we will be in touch with everyone to advise if we are progressing to an interview stage or not.
First stage interviews (virtual) will take place across July and August. There will be a two stage interview process and we hope to have someone in the role before September.
Thanks for your consideration!
