Image and Post Production Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
• Image Coordinator during shoot days with clients: processing of images alongside the Digital Operator, checking naming, file size etc.
• Identify and communicate any issues which might arise during the shoot process and impact Postproduction Workflow.
• Ensuring images follow client’s guidelines, tracking that every product has been shot against shot list.
• Assisting the Post Producer with day-to-day tasks in our busy Postproduction Department.
• Quality Control of Images coming back from retouchers and sending amends.
• Ensuring images follow guidelines, are formatted, and named correctly.
• Creating deliverables to be sent to client.
• Maintaining and organising assets on our servers.
• Stakeholders Management.
Skills and Requirements
• Previous experience in an E-commerce setting.
• Understanding of the retouch process.
• Strong Eye for Detail.
• Highly organised and strong time management skills.
• Skills in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Bridge.
• Understanding of Capture One.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Time Management Skills
• Proactive and able to show initiative.
• Understanding of Studio Lighting is a plus.
• Skills with Excel are a plus.
