We’re excited to bring onboard a Client Manager into our growing creative agency, to ensure our clients have an awesome experience when working with our talented Lighthouse team.

As the client’s partner, you’re always one step ahead, proactively advising & supporting the client to help them & their product succeed.

The role

Client management

  • Own a number of our client relationships, acting as the day-to-day point of contact and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the client account. You’ll be responsible for a mixture priority clients, as well as dormant clients to identify opportunities to re-engage
  • Build a relationship with our clients at varying levels, and understand their needs, objectives, goals and challenges
  • Ensure the quality of our deliverables and that we’re meeting our client’s objectives
  • Monitor our client’s happiness & drive implementing change in response to feedback

Client growth

  • Build and grow our client relationships
  • Create client plans to create a strategy behind our growth and plans to hit our targets
  • Proactively think of ways to support our client’s needs and challenges, and pull in the right people in the team to help tackle these

Identify ways to add value to our clients

  • Scope new projects – create the approach, cost and document in a proposal
  • Help shape our client’s roadmap & advise them

Client Services function

  • Share & execute ideas to implement structure for the client services team
  • Work with other departments in the agency on initiatives to enhance our client’s experience – marketing, sales, project management, ops, design delivery

Financials

  • Ensure commercial success on your accounts, incl. budget & revenue target tracking
  • Ensure we have a clear agreement of work with our client (e.g. through signed SOWs)
  • Invoice your client projects on a monthly basis

The detail

Our ideal candidate

  • 3+ years experience managing client relationships, preferably at an agency
  • Experience in managing UX/design projects is a big bonus
  • Organised & strong attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you frequently switch between contexts
  • Proactive with ideas to help us evolve, and sees them through to fruition
  • An excellent communicator, able to communicate messages clearly & concisely
  • A hands-on team player, being part of a small team you are keen to get involved in activities for Lighthouse to help drive the culture, social & success of the agency
  • A collaborative mindset

Location

We are a remote working team with the majority of us based in London, UK. You don’t have to be UK-based, we will accept applications from any location, but would prefer people who work in similar time zones.

We have just opened our new offices, right by Exmouth Market, with some of the team beginning the transition back to office working part-time. You don’t have to work here if you’d rather stay fully remote but the option is there.
